My Story
I began my journey in banking over 25 years ago at the branch level, where I was exposed to the full spectrum of retail banking—from operations and lending to wealth management and business development. These early years grounded me in the realities of customer needs, performance expectations, and the discipline required to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
As my career progressed, I found myself increasingly drawn not just to business outcomes, but to people. While I continued to grow in sales and business development, what truly energized me was developing others—training fresh graduates, coaching both sales and non-sales staff to build referral confidence, reskilling employees to stay relevant and mentoring interns and emerging leaders.
Over time, this became more than just part of my role—it became my calling.
I developed a deep belief that people, when equipped with the right mindset, cognitive awareness, and supported by the right environment and opportunities, can truly flourish. This belief shaped how I approached performance coaching, employee engagement and leadership development. I saw firsthand how investing in people not only improved individual performance, but also elevated customer experience and contributed to more sustainable culture transformation within organizations.
Today, my journey is evolving beyond banking. I am intentionally seeking to align my experience with a deeper sense of purpose—expanding my impact from the corporate space into communities, while continuing to contribute meaningfully to organizations.
I am still learning to fly—gaining clarity, exploring new opportunities, and challenging myself to grow beyond what I already know. Because what I have learned over the past 25 years is only the beginning. There is still more to discover, and more importantly, more to share.

Today, my purpose continues through two areas of impact.
One focused on helping individuals and organizations grow in performance and leadership, and the other dedicated to empowering communities, women, and entrepreneurs through meaningful opportunities and sustainable growth.
